The C450CCU is a highly accurate digital controller for walk-in coolers and freezers, and for large refrigerated display cases. An application-specific component of PENN's System 450™, it combines temperature, defrost and fan control, making it an affordable and easy-to-use alternative to electromechanical controls. In addition, the C450CCU can be used in conjunction with System 450™ power and expansion modules to build a variety of custom commercial refrigeration control solutions.
A421 Series electronic temperature controls are single-stage controls with a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) output relay. Use with single-stage refrigeration or HVAC equipment. A421 controls feature a backlit LCD with adjustable brightness and a three-button touchpad interface that can be set to restrict adjustments. Standard modules have simple on/off settings for heating or cooling, an adjustable anti-short cycle delay, temperature setback, and sensor offset capability. Models are also available with integral power cord, off-cycle defrost, or integral cycle timer.
MR4 Series controllers consolidate the functions of temperature control, digital temperature readout, and defrost cycle management for hot gas or electric defrost. These microprocessor-based controls are easy to program and read. They’re available as panel mount or DIN rail mount, with remote mounting of the display unit.
A99B Series temperature sensors are passive positive temperature coefficient (PTC) sensors. Accessories support a variety of mounting configurations. Applications include temperature sensing for freezers and coolers, as well as defrost termination sensing, space and return air temperature sensing, and condenser fan cycling.
